If you give your consent, personal data processed through Analytics/Performance Cookies are transferred to our suppliers and/or consultants located in Turkey and, upon execution of standard contractual clauses, to our suppliers and/or consultants located abroad, for the purpose of using third-party software to analyze how visitors use the Website and to improve the user experience, on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/1.
If you give your consent, personal data processed through Targeting/Advertising Cookies are transferred to our suppliers and/or consultants located in Turkey and, upon execution of standard contractual clauses, to our suppliers and/or consultants located abroad, so that advertising partners (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) can serve targeted advertisements through profiling, on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/1.
8. How Can You Prevent the Use of Cookies?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, we have listed the rights you have below:

- Even if they have been processed in accordance with the KVK Law and other applicable legislation, to request erasure or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing have disappeared, and to request that the transaction carried out in this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- To object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation of damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
10. Entry into Force of the Policy
This Policy enters into force on the date it is published. If the Policy as a whole or specific articles are renewed, the effective date of the Policy is revised.

You may always send your requests regarding your rights, in writing in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or by email using a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or an email address that you previously notified to us and that is registered in our system, to the addresses we have stated below.
If your request is submitted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and secondary legislation, it will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
