I have been informed about my personal data, through the Quantum Orbit Labs Information Notice prepared pursuant to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law"), in connection with my purchase of products offered on the Quantum Orbit Labs Teknoloji Sanayi A.Ş. website, referred to as Quantum Orbit Labs (www.quantumorbitlabs.com).

Explicit Consent Regarding Commercial Messages

Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (ETDHK), I freely give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data specified in the Information Notice so that I may benefit from products, applications, advantages, or campaigns suited to my needs; to the carrying out of general and personalized promotion, advertising, sales and marketing, congratulations, well-wishes, new product and service, contest, raffle, opening, other events, survey, and customer satisfaction activities; and, in that context, to the sending of informational, promotional, and marketing messages containing data, voice, and image content to my contact addresses by Quantum Orbit Labs or by third parties providing services on behalf of Quantum Orbit Labs under a confidentiality obligation, via call (phone), short message (SMS), Whatsapp, and email communication channels; and to the processing of my name, surname, and contact number, email, address, and Quantum Orbit Labs usage information for the purposes of sending web-push, app-push, and similar notifications and displaying pop-ups, and to the processing of my personal data specified in the Information Notice for these purposes.

As explained in the Information Notice, I have been informed about what data of mine are processed and stored, for which purposes they are processed, and to which persons, institutions, and organizations they are transferred. I am aware of my rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 should I change my mind.
